At Collective Intelligence Consulting, we specialize in recruiting and mentoring the junior members of our fundraising team to help establish fundraising programs for small or start-up charitable organizations. Our personnel, infrastructure, and resources can be shared by several non-profits until the capacity of each organization’s development program can support hiring its own staff and using resources in-house. When client resources are available, the most compatible personnel will be considered for placement in full- or part-time positions within the organization.

We also mentor and provide infrastructure support to non-profits that already have their own in-house fundraising staff. Our senior management team has decades of expertise and experience in annual fund, major gifts, and planned giving programs.

We will help write job descriptions and postings to recruit the best staff possible within the resources available. We will maintain a professional working relationship with your organization’s new staff, as well as mentor and train them to develop and lead your fundraising programs.
